I help you gently notice what’s happening within you, your thoughts, emotions, and physical cues, without judgment. Mindfulness becomes a tool for regulation, clarity, and presence.
Person-Centered
You are the expert on your lived experience. My role is to support, listen deeply, and create space for your voice to guide the work.
Humanistic
I hold a deep belief in your inherent worth, wholeness, and capacity for growth. Healing isn’t about “changing who you are,” it’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been.
Motivational Interviewing
I help you explore your intentions, desires, and ambivalence with compassion, supporting you as you step into choices that align with your values and vision for yourself.
What to Expect in Your First Session.
Your first session is an exhale.
We slow down, settle in, and get to know each other. You’re welcome to bring your nerves, your questions, and your full story — or none of it yet. There is no pressure to disclose everything at once.

Individual Therapy
Initial Evaluation— $150
A requirement to begin services is a comprehensive initial session designed to understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your concerns, experiences, strengths, and hopes while beginning to identify goals and build a collaborative therapeutic relationship. This first meeting is paced with care, creating a supportive and grounded space beyond the paperwork.
60 minutes — $130
A full session designed to meet you wherever you are in your healing journey. Therapy with me is conversational, grounding, and collaborative. We move at your pace, honoring both your strengths and the tenderness of your story.
45 minutes — $90
A steady, supportive option that offers room for reflection, clarity, and emotional processing without overwhelm. A gentle middle ground between depth and manageability.
30 minutes — $65
A shorter, focused session for check-ins, grounding work, or weeks where you need support but have limited time or capacity. Still intentional. Still centered on you.
Sliding Scale (Available Upon Request)
For those experiencing financial hardship, I offer limited sliding-scale slots. Healing should be accessible and I’m committed to supporting those who need flexible options.
60 minutes: $100–$130
45 minutes: $70–$90
30 minutes: $50–$65
